My alarm didn't ring

• Open the app: the Today tab lists anything that stops the alarm, with a Fix button.
• Check that alarms are allowed: iPhone Settings › ShowUp › Alarms. ShowUp's alarm rings even on Silent and in Focus, but only if it's allowed.
• Look at Settings › Alarm: that day must be one of your training days, at the hour you expect. If you turned all alarms Off, those days are paused until you turn them back On.

My check-in didn't count

• Location must be Always and Precise (iPhone Settings › ShowUp › Location). Today shows it if not.
• Your arrival counts after about 3 minutes inside your saved place, so walking past it doesn't count.
• To be on time, arrive by your alarm time plus your travel time, with 5 minutes of grace. Arriving later the same day (until 23:59) still counts as a ShowUp, with less XP than on time.
• No signal inside? On Today, open the On your way (or Late) card and tap I'm here. If location still fails, GPS not working lets you check in by showing an item from your place to the camera.

Subscription and restore

• Bought on another iPhone or reinstalled? Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases.
• To change or cancel: Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Apple handles all payments and refunds.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. It deletes your account and your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in Manage subscription.
